The post office claimed they delivered my package, but I couldn't find it anywhere. I contacted SheShow's customer service, and they were super quick to respond. They helped me communicate with the post office and even sent out a replacement for free. I'm really grateful!

"Happy with my order overall :)"
I had a positive experience with Sheshow. My items arrived pretty quickly (just a few weeks after I made the order). The shirts are of decent quality, though I was a bit concerned about how they'd hold up in the wash and if the decal would peel. But so far, they’ve held up nicely after the first wash.

Sheshow has proposed a discount of 30 to 40% if I take down this review. First off, I want a complete refund. I ain't buying anything from them ever again. It was a lousy experience with poor quality T-shirts, five of 'em. I need my money back, please!

"Dealing with a Tricky Company"
I placed my order on January 20 and finally got my items on March 9. The quality was subpar, the material felt really stiff, and one of the t-shirts had a hole in it. To top it off, none of the items fit me right. I asked for a full refund, but the company has been a real hassle to work with.
At first, they suggested I keep the items since return shipping would be too pricey for them (turns out they’re based in Mainland China). After I said no, they offered me two choices: keep the items and get 30% back, or I could pay for the full return shipping from the US to their address in China. When I pushed back and pointed out their return policy (which promised a full refund and covered shipping for items that didn’t fit), they claimed the sizes were 'adjustable'—which they definitely were not. Every time I insisted on returning the items, they came back with 'solutions' that didn’t involve a refund, like sending me a replacement for the damaged item. What a frustrating experience.
I’m still stuck in this back-and-forth after more than a week of trying to get my return sorted out. I’ve never faced such a tough time getting a refund. I’m left wondering if I’ll ever see my money again, and I can only imagine what other ridiculous excuses or 'solutions' they’ll come up with to dodge giving me my refund. Their return policy is a complete joke.
It also feels like there’s just one person handling customer service—'Elena Herbert'—and everything seems to hinge on her decisions.
--- Update: They’ve even reported this review to TrustPilot, hoping to get it removed, and have asked me to take it down too.

"Bikini with Cowprint Design"
I got a large, which is what I usually wear. Man, it was way too tiny! It fit my mom just right, and she’s an extra small. I’m really bummed out considering it cost $30. There are no cup sizes or proper measurements provided. The only thing you get are the string lengths. Plus, you can only choose a different size for the top or bottom based on the size chart.

"Placing Another Order!"
I’m really pleased with the shirts I got! My initial order happened before the pandemic. The delivery was super quick, and I adored the shirts! I’m satisfied with the delivery post-COVID as well. It might have taken a bit longer, but hey, that’s how it goes! Lol 😂 I’m ordering again! Even more than I did last time! I’m kinda scared to browse more! I’ll probably discover something else I adore ❤️
